			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Soo cold now, but keep hoping sun is hiding out for shorter periods.  Seriously though, still too cold to buy anything tempting in shops so think about cleaning up any left over winter mess.  Soil warm up starts now and plants are racing to the light.  Competitive weeds need to be zapped now so your fav plants get the best.   Soon sunlit walks through woods with heady heavenly scented flowers.  Drive to Northcapel in Sussex and follows signs to Hillgrove.  Park and walk.</p>
