FEES

These are scaled for each individual project and discussed and agreed with the client before any design work is commissioned.  I charge a fee for the initial visit. The fee components can be broken down as follows:

• Master plan including 2 adjustments. If major changes are required I will charge this at my hourly rate
• Preparing a Specification & any construction drawings
• Planting Plan and plant lists
• Maintenance Schedule
• Project Management – charged on an hourly or daily basis.
• Mileage outside London
