These are scaled for each individual project and discussed and agreed with the client before any design work is commissioned. I charge a fee for the initial visit. The fee components can be broken down as follows:
- Master plan including 2 adjustments. If major changes are required I will charge this at my hourly rate
- Preparing a Specification & any construction drawings
- Planting Plan and plant lists
- Maintenance Schedule
- Project Management – charged on an hourly or daily basis.
- Mileage outside London
